After 7 years in the world of Luxury, watchmakers and jewelry, in Paris & London, Delphine decided to join the family adventure with the project of the “Signature Saint Germain “ en 2012. 
Fan of travels, gastronomy and fashion, she brought her personality to this home and takes a lot of pleasure in sharing her home city and in receiving guests from all over the world. 
After 10 years of managing the Signature St Germain, for the family, she took over by herself, Le Petit Chomel, in October 2022, to create a second home at her image, joyful and cosy.
The passion of her job and city, drives her everyday to make her possible to please her guests and to create a family atmosphere within her team as well, at the image of her parents, who have always fought for that over the last 30 years.
Her Paris : The village around Abbesses, in Montmartre where she was born and St Germain where she lives. 
Her favorite restaurant : Près de Seine for a refined yet typical french atmosphere but for something more trendy: Le Richer or Clamato. 
Her daily coffee at the comptoir : Le Café Varenne
Her shopping spot : Le Bon Marché of course !
And for a more intimate evening : Along the Seine or around the St Sulpice church. 

Originaire du sud de la France, il a ce petit accent chantant qui nous plaît énormément. Pascal est passionné par son métier, qu'il exerce depuis 20 ans, et saura vous guider tout au long de votre séjour. Féru de snickers et de culture anglo-saxonne, n'hésitez pas à lui demander ses adresses secrètes pour dénicher des paires uniques et lui parler dans la langue de Shakespeare. Il affectionne tout particulièrement la diversité et l'énergie de Paris c'est ce qui l'a retenu il y a 20 ans, et qui le retient encore :) 

Son Paris : Rive droite, le 11ème où il vit et le Marais où il aime flâner.
Son restaurant préféré : Le bistrot Flaubert, annexe du chef étoilé Michel Rostang, pour sa cusine bistronomique du terroir et son décor rustique.
Ses adresses shopping : Lords & fools rue des Rosiers pour un style dandy et Kicks by Aviel, av Wagram, pour ses sneakers.
Son musée préféré : La Fondation Louis Vuitton pour son architecture et ses expositions 
Sa place préférée : La place des Vosges, pour son calme et son style unique

His favorite places: La Villa Alésia, the famous pedestrian and gourmet street Rue Daguerre and the Montparnasse cemetery.
